Fit 2014 transmission fluid

Hello everyone. I planning to change transmission fluid in my fit 2014 daa gk5 . Can someone tell my with liquid and how many I need ?There is a lot of information but some people saying that is cvt liquid and some ATF ...

You cannot use ATF in a CVT, you have to use CVT specific fluid. Easy job, takes about a half hour. Get something compatible with Honda CVT’s..the bottle will say if it is

The best thing to do is buy the CVT fluid from a Honda dealer. They will have the correct fluid for your car. Going to third party fluids may save you money but it can be very risky.

Is Wolf's Head Synthetic Super Universal automatic transmission fluid an expectable replacement for a first time A/T fluid change? Original fluid was never changed. I just got the car (2013 Fit) at 80,000 miles.
I read several (actually, many) reviews that Wolf's Head is globally accepted for many domestic and foreign cars as a superior replacement for OEM fluids. Specifically A/T
