Electrical mystery

I tried to swap my head unit. The new unit would not power on. I swapped back, and now the factory unit will not power on. Also, the power locks work with the ignition on, but not with it off.

I have replaced the 7.5A fuse in the main panel and the 30A fuse underneath. What am I missing?

Solved. I noticed the map and dome lights weren't working, which led me to the #1 fuse. Yup. It takes three fuses to turn on the stereo.
