Stock radio short circuit HELP

2013. So basically I have went behind the head unit and tapped into the speakers which worked fine. I picked up an older amp and wanted to use it to power the four new door speakers. I tapped into an orange wire that should have been the ACC to use as a remote. However, I think when I tested the connection at the amp I must have grounded it because there was a spark. Now there is no display or sound coming from the head unit. I can hear the cd player spin when I reconnect. The head unit is not easy to take apart. I've checked the speaker fuse inside the car and it's fine. In line fuses are fine. Battery fuse looks ok too. Everything else in the car is working, all other accessories don't seem to have any issue. I've tried unplugging the head unit for 20 minutes. Nothing. Help
