Only the base model is in stock anywhere, which lacks the microswitch and microswitch plug. I cracked open my old one, and the gearing looks good, so I suppose the 50¢ dc electric motor is toast. (Sadly the plastic housing is destroyed to open and evaluate.) Even the dealer pics don't show the microswitch pins for the Sport actuator.

 

i would get one from a pull n’ pick type yard.

 

Dealer part is like $250 or something insane (it's a tiny cheap 12VDC motor in a plastic mold). RockAuto is $50-90. One from Amazon for $11 worked fine. Even though the microswitch / associated plug pins are missing, it seems to work fine in my 2007 Sport. But obviously it can't send the locked/unlocked signal, maybe that breaks the Sport's "car alarm", who knows. I just need the car to lock and unlock properly at this point.

 

Some old civics and oddesys as well as overseas honda of that era use the same actuator. Look on aliexpress!!!!!!!!
