I was talking to my cardealer today. I have placed an order for a Nighthawk Black Pearl 1.4 LS CVT in Oktober 2006 and was promised that it should arrive in Februar 2007. But now it seems that I have to wait until June before the NHBP arrives into Norway (only one in June, the next one in october).

My other choices was either to wait until May and get other standard colors; Storm Silver, Milano Red or Vivid Blue Pearl. (We can't get Tafetta White in Norway)
But I wanted the car earlier so I got another color that I have never heard about on Jazz/Fit: Amethyst Black Pearl. It was in stock in Norway so it will take a little over a week and I will get my new car!

Anyone heard of that color for the Jazz or Fit?

They had a color sample at the cardealer and it was a very dark violet with a little brown in it. It looked nice.
And they had no other Jazz in the list that would have this colors that would arrive in 2007. No other Honda models either so this is going to be a unique color on a Honda in Norway at least.

 

I don't think that's a new color. It's just only available in certain markets. I would KILL for that color for my Fit - I saw it on the Fit Web site in Japan, and it's so great. Purple is my absolute favorite color, but blue's second, so it worked out pretty well for me, hehehe.

 

I just checked it out on a scandinavian jazz site. It's an amazing color. Lucky you!

 

my wife's m3 that i sold was purple but they call it techno violet. it's nice but americans here didn't welcome that color as they did with teal green years ago.

i remember some civic coupes being that color too as well in the mid 90's.
