intake and exhaust street-legality is based mostly on emmissions. anything that would change the emmissions, is probably not street legal. if it doesn't specify legality, it is probably not.
companies like DC sports focus on making products that are street legal, but as SPON FIT stated, since a "cat-back" is after the catalytic converter, there is no other "emmissions reduction" occurring, so they're mostly legal, but their volume is also in question since exhausts also have volume limits.
