Does anyone know where I can get a free Honda Elite Owner's manual and/or
repair manual online?
I'm new to mopeds and have no idea where to begin.

Try google.com, and use pdf as one of your search terms.

 

Everything wants me to pay for the information. Maybe I should just call
the dealership and see if they could help me out.

alt.scooter is where ya need to go

www.helminc.com might still carry one for your model. its worth paying for.

or go straight to the people who print em for honda... helminc.com

a dealership should be able to get one easily, unless its some oddball
model like the 89 elite 150 which was only made one year.

or ask what ya need to ask in alt.scooter- there are a few people that
have had elites, like me- 2 elite 80s, an 86 150, and 2 helixes.
