It appears that this thread is showing speeding on public roads.

This is definitely not legal activity and should not be encouraged out there nor on these forums. You're putting the other, law abiding, motorists at risk.

If you want to test your Fit then go to a track.

not too shabby for 1.3 considering I've maxed mine out 190kph/119mph although I have seen a pic of another 1.5 doing 200kph/125mph, but yes public roads arent the best idea, get hold of a runway or track...

 

There are not many places here in the Philippines where you go do such runs. There aren't any tracks with straights long enough for our measly 1.3l engines to get to such speeds either in our country. This is one of the safest roads in the country to do this "activity". Most all car clubs and teams in the country do their runs on this stretch also and 180kph is nothing to brag about compared to most other cars here who take this road for that purpose, sometimes its their sole purpose.

I just wanted to share for a 1.3l its not bad and in stock form at that.

If this kind of thread is not allowed here I'd gladly take it down.

BTW This was a trip to a trackday.
