Yet another Canadian Driver review - user friendliness

Pretty positive review, until you get to the end where the editor brings up the IIHS crash testing, warning prospective sub compact and mini car drivers about their safety issues, which is exactly my beef with the hyped up media exposure this is getting, and it's really asinine.

Good thing this time the reader comments are all favorable:

OMG, if people are so concern with frontal collision.. they should:

1) Drive a Hummer H1 (nothing less)
2) Take the Bus~

There's a higher chance of dying from heart attack or other sickness due to obesity then being kill in an accident~

I'd like to see them do a similar test...

crash a SUV into a mid-size car... front collision!!!

then people would REALLY be scared!!!

And this time, test "American" cars versus Foreign.

But there are many factors that contribute to safety. Even visibility is a factor, yet they don't include that in their "safety" ratings.

Again, it's hype that speaks to the uniformed and ignorant.

i'm glad the writer made an issue of this:

"Where’s the map lights? It may seem like such an insignificant item, until you’re trying to use the glow of the radio to find your parking pass.
"

our canadian neighbors were screwed on this one.
