make money with your Fit.
take your fit on a business trip. IRS rates for mileage is currently at 55 cents per mile. the fit needs about 7 cents of gas per mile. so if you exclude insurance and maintenance cost you can make $28.80 per hour with the fit.
That rate is supposed to include maintenance though; things like tire wear, insurance costs, oil changes, winshield fluids... ect.
Tires = 1 to 2 cents
Insurance = 3 cents to 6 cents (usually)
Consumables (oil/washer fluid) = 2 cents
Still, worst case you are only about 14 cents all in! lol

You guys are telling me. I've been temporarily filling in at another retail store 15 miles away from my home store for a few months. There and back equals $31.13, five times a week. I know how mileage reimbursement feels when your fit sips on gas.
