Front Seat Rail Bolt Plastic cover Removal

I tried to take the front seats off. But I cannot remove the plastic cover over the seat rail forward mounting bolt. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly, I pulled the sides out then push forward. It's the same for the rear.

Thanks. What tool did you use to pry the two sides out?
BTW, cool sketch.

Got another question for you "Mighty Fingers". Did you remove the front seat? After removing the plastic cover, is it just the seat rail bolts and electrical harness under the seat? Did you take it out from the side door or from the back hatch(after removing rear seat)?

I laid down my back seats and removed the front seats from the rear. Just so I wouldn't mess up the easily scratched plastics.

Yup, just the 4 rail bolts and harness. I took out the seat from the driver side door.
