Imagine turning quickly from left to right repeatedly. The car will 'sway' in the opposite direction, right?

Anti-sway bars help counter that motion, and help to make the car feel more stiff.

Anti roll bar and (anti) sway bars are one in the same. They run underneath the car between either side of the wheels / suspension and come in front and rear varieties. A tower bar runs between the strut towers in the engine bay (on top of the suspension) or in the boot between the suspension strut towers. A tower bar stiffens the chassis.

Like someone mentioned before, the anti-roll bar and sway bar are the same thing. All modern cars are typically fitted with a sway bar. However, the stock sway bar does the bare minimum. What an aftermarket sway bar does is it reduces body roll and "sway" when you turn into a corner. The thicker the sway bar, the more it reduces the chassis flexing. The tower bars, aka, strut bars are mounted on top of your suspension. What this does is it stiffens the chassis so your turn in will improve.

My personal opinion is that strut bars and sway bars work in conjunction with each other. The strut bars alone don't that much. The sway bars will improve your car but times that by 10 with the tower struts. If you want to improve the car's handling, try getting both. Start with the rear sway bar and then work your way to the front. You'll be surprise at how much better your car feels after. But if you're going for the bling bling show look, the front and rear strut should suffice.

"Trailing throttle oversteer" occurs when in midturn, you let off the throttle too quickly and the weight from the rear shifts to the front and the rear tire loses grip and results in an "oversteer."

It's not a hard move to recover from. When it occurs, just slowly increase throttle and fix the oversteer.
