I have been reading Motor Trend for over 50 years and Car&Driver for nearly as long.... They were where I first read of the Fit in 2006..... I am a subscriber to both of them and my wife reads them also.

In no particular order.

1) Sport Compact Car - RIP indeed
2) Modified - it's an okay "replacement" for SCC, but it just ain't the same
3) Autocar UK - oldest car magazine around
4) Car&Driver - best car rag in the US IMO
5) HondaTuning - I buy once in a blue moon, there's not much on Fits I think

3) Honda Tuning
4) Road & Track... personally I think the best US general auto based mag, Car&Driver just whine waaayyy to much
5) EVO

MotorTreand and Car And Driver.

Though I am getting sick of their blind dedication to constantly comparing mustang and comaro, or some high dollar porsches or ferrarris that have nothing to with most people.

I wish they tested and wrote more about the main stream autos.

I've been reading motortrend for about 17 yrs and car and driver for 16 yrs. I read road an track once in awhile, I've read super street since 96' or 97' it was the time when slammed rides with 16s or 17s with basic bolt on were the shizz.

I would like to see more on low end fun to drive cars as well but the editorials are what I always read and a great deal of what is written about high dollar cars is wasted on all but dreamers and the ultra rich that purchase things based on the status attained by owning such things and not for driving pleasure.

Car & Driver + Automobile Magazine are where I first read about the Fit when it first came on the market. I now have subscriptions to, Car & Driver, Motor Trend, Automobile Magazine, Road & Track and I let my Auto Week subscription expire but I'll renew it, after I find a good deal on it. Anyhow when I first read about the Fit, I wasn't interested in it at the time. I really didn't think about buying one until February when I couldn't find any decent deals on a Prius or Insight. I was considering the Civic Hybrid, but took a pass after I saw how little trunk room it has. I'm kind of wondering now if I should have took a look at the Scion Xd too? I mean its comparable to the Fit and so is the Matrix. It's just that the front end on the Xd kept me away from it.

Honda Tuning. If it aint in there Im reading MAXUM Or PLAYBOY. There are no Fits in Honda Tuning yet, but only because we have not made them worthy enough to grace her pages. Keep looking though I may make it one day;)
