It looks like we will be getting a base model automatic real soon, especially now that I read somewhere around here that you can get the keyless entry added by the dealer for maybe $254. Will we even bother? Who knows?

Anyway -- I am seeing in dealer inventories that about a third of the base automatic vehicles show the MSRP as $16,410, and two thirds show it as $16,450. Is there a difference between these groups of Fits? Should we vary our walk-out-the-door price by $40 depending on which it is?

You do sometimes find a different MSRP number, but these are the two common ones for the 2010 base AT.

steve- im not sure wat the differences are between those prices, but for $40, just tell the dealer to give a deal and remove the $40.
