Anyone hear this? Funny noise at WOT

I have an 08 Fit Sport with an auto trans. Only mod is a cone filter. When I'm jamming on it to get up to speed, at high RPMs I hear a sound from behind the spedo almost like a harmonica. It's not super loud or anything but I do notice it. At highway driving speeds, it's gone.

Any ideas?
