Where to buy stock fit antenna

I just picked up a used fit and it didnt have the screw in antenna. It has the base with the threaded hole but no antenna. The radio reception is spotty and I wanted to go ahead and get a replacement. Anyone know any good reputable places I can pick one up? I don't think it matters but its a black 08 fit sport.

Thanks

Pick up a blox antenna for $15 shipped, but be warned it will fade.

Any auto parts store should have "universal" screw in antenna replacements for under $20. Typically they have several brass adapters with different threads to fit a variety of both metric and SAE sizes.

I walked into a Toyota dealership to experiment with the longer antenna that comes with the Matrix, and was quoted $67, a price that didn't interest me.

you can always look up s2000 antenna, they are pretty much the same, screws right in and they can be obtained fairly cheap from ebay as well

Yes our Fits have the same antenna as the s2000's. Correct me if I'm wrong.

So my Fit has stinky radio reception, I switched the antennae for my friends 98? protege's which was about 6''s longer. It had better reception. I would opt for a longer one if given the choice.

Do you have an aftermarket radio? Perhaps the amplified antenna was not powered up or the tuner is not as good. I'm an installer and it's pretty common to end up with sub-par reception after a deck swap.
OP, if you haven't gotten an antenna already try hondaautomotiveparts.com, they have great pricing and I've never had anything but positive experiences with them.
