Okay, so the other day I had my lights on and I looked down at the shifter panel where it has the gear letters, you know, "D," "S," "N," etc. Right to the left of the "D." there is a little streak of white light showing through the black paint or coating. I thought at first it was some kind of warning light but I looked closer and you can see the light bulb above where the black paint is faded...I guess it's faded, I don't know.

If I had a camera I'd take a photo. It's such a weird thing I wondered if anyone else had such a thing happen. It's like the paint inside wore off. And yes, I did search the forum before posting this. But I didn't know what to call it.

Would that be covered under the drive train warranty??
