The paint on my fog light cover started peeling off

I was washing my car last night and i was wiping the fog light covers with my absorber cloth, then i found a piece of paint that peeled off from the fog light now i have to go and paint them flat black tomorrow

Thats why alot of people paint them black. Also cause it breaks up all the solid color in the front and gives it a better look. Besides its easier to keep painting them flat black when and if they chip again. Good luck

Whoops, haha. Didnt know you had a NHBP. You could always do like me and get them wrapped in CF. I havent had any issues with mine but then again they have a bunch of clear coats so chipping shouldnt happen.

Nope actual CF. I have very little net speed where im at so im gonna just post the link to the thread with pics and you can see them from there. It would take a good 25 minutes to get into the thread, let the pics come up, copy them, and paste them in here. haha. Heres the link https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...oglight+covers

T1R header? Better start saving your pennies now. haha. My foggies didnt cost that much. I also have two sets of covers so when im driving to work and stuff like that i run the painted ones and when im going to a shoot or a show i put the cf ones on. It works out pretty well so im not to worried about them getting jacked. haha. Good luck with the header and i will catch you on the threads
