I need help identifying a part on my front pasenger door. It's the round black rubber plug that sits at the top left hand corner of the door. It is right between the panel and the door hinge (right next to the rubberstrip on the door).

Hole where the black plug should go into. Does anyone know the part name and number?

That's just a rubber bung/grommet.

I would just take that picture to a Honda dealer and just point out the part you require.

 

The nearest Honda dealer is over 100 miles from where I live.

Look up your car > select the "Body/Air conditioning" section > select the "FRONT DOOR GLASS - DOOR REGULATOR" subsection. That's the best diagram I found, good luck.

 

Looks like a hole plug... Doesn't have to be a Honda part#. Look around auto parts store or hardware store. As long as its the same size, should work. Take out the other side and bring it with you. That's what I would do unless you're OCD about it being a Honda part.

It looks like the part in question is the 25MM "Blind Plug", as Honda officially calls it. The OEM p/n is 95551-25000 and it's about $2 at hondapartseast.com
