Help me find the right steel wheels

Hiya. Newb here.

My 2010 Fit Sport is slipping all over the Minnesota roads already. I'm thinking of getting snow tires for the first time in my life, but don't want to go through the hassle of changing tires every season change. What I mean is, I want to buy the cheapest steel rims and whatever size snow tire fits on it that would equal out to the same diameter, so I can just swap them out in the spring and fall with my jack and tire iron in the driveway.
My question is, what would be the cheapest combination of sizes (wheel and tire) that won't mess up my spedometer readings but still fits the lug pattern. I'm pretty new to the car parts stuff on this thing and would really appreciate some help figuring out how to do this right.

Thanks in advance!

I hate to be "that guy" but have you searched? There are TONS of threads about this, I know because I've replied to at least three of them with info.

I mean, not flaming for not searching, you're new. Just search google, they'll come up with the exact info you're looking for.

No worries, I get it.
I did search, but I am a horrible searcher. Google hates me, and so does my ADD. I even searched the forum, but I think I just don't know how to use the search function efficiently or effectively.
I was hoping for a direction to go other than google it, or maybe even a link to a thread that I missed that addresses this.

Without knowing any of the specs on this car, I believe a lot of the info I have been able to find here has been on modifications to increase performance or looks. Also, a lot of the discussions I have found are talking about other years of Fits.

I guess I'll go down to my Tires Plus or some place like that and see what they can tell me.

Thanks anyway.

I would just jump on craigslist and pick up some oem honda civic wheels. They should be just fine for you what you need.

base oem steelies are 15" on 175/65R15s. gives u about the same size as the sport 16" alloy wheels on 185/55R16

I'd go pick up used steelies from craigslist like Swade mentioned. Old civic, prelude, crx, accord.

Tire Rack can tell you. Simply select your model on the side.

First, check your local salvage yards for honda wheels, 4x100 BC, 45 mm offset; around here they have plenty from all the civics passed on
Second, google discounttiredirect, tirerack, or just "steel honda wheels:", or even ebay and craigslist for used or new honda wheels. 14" wheels are very common and with 185/65x14 tires (23.4" diameter) or 185/70x14 tires )24.2" diameter) depending on whether you have OEM 23.4 or 24" diameter tires., you'll be off and running. Check Consumer Reports lately for their tests of snow tires; not all are the same.
