Possible Buy but body work

Hi,

I am new to this forum and really want to get a Fit soon. I found a 2010 but there is some body damage and I am wondering whether anyone here has had some experience getting this kind of thing repaired. I am including the pictures in the post. Anyone know how much something like this would run? The body work places wouldn't tell me unless I brought in the car and the seller won't let me take it by somewhere anytime soon due to his schedule.

the only damage I see that needs shop attention is that door (Unless that is a smear of dirt)

The fender and Hatch will be repaired by simply replacing those two. much cheaper then repairs if you find good prices on salvage yards on ebay or such.

Id say the most Id be willing to buy that car for is 10k because of the damage

Or just get one not needing work. You wont know how much repairs will be unless the owner takes it with you to your body shop of choice to see the price on top of the purchase. But I'd stay clear.

The damage isn't that bad at all, the front fender (that should pop right out) and the hatch need to be fixed up. Shouldn't cost more than 500 to 700 dollars if you get it done by a body shop. If you know a friend that does a good job and has the tools and material then you can easily get that price down.

The car itself, I would only pay about 10k for it, if I were you. Also if it has a rebuilt/salvaged title then you could possibly bring the price lower, but if it's a clean title (resale value!) then even 10-11k would be fine.
