Is this pressure loss rate normal?

2013 base Fit. In the last several months, I've found I get the TPMS light every 3-4 weeks. I air up each tire to 35psi. Drive around for 3-4 weeks, and the light goes on. At the pump, I find that 2 or 3 (depends) of the tires are down to 25psi. Usually one or two are at 30. Fill up, repeat.

Is a month or so too fast to lose 10 psi in most of my tires? What's going on? This didn't happen when the car was new. I think I went six months or more before I had to put any air in. Do the valves get leaky? Is the age of the tires (2 years) causing it? I'd take it into the shop but I suspect they'd have a helluva time finding anything wrong.

I do not think it is normal. Usually if there is a "slow leak" it is just in one tire. But with alloy wheels in the northeast the rim would get corroded after several years of salt and then you might have several that leak. The cure was to have the tires off and wire brushed to make a smooth rim again for a good seal. Base fit has steel wheels and you are in Texas so I have no clue but I do no think it is normal. Good luck.

Not normal.. Sounds like a slow leak or something..

My tires after 6 months of driving and being in storage for winter at worst are at 28psi.. Loss of 7 after sitting.. Drastic temperature changes can cause the psi to change though.. Winter to summer, etc

Put soapy water on the tires and see if it's producing air bubbles anywhere that you can see... That's what the shop would do at first

What type or tire gauge are your using and how are you refilling the air in the tires?

I don't think that's normal. I've had my 2013 Fit base auto for three years and typically lose 0-1 psi in a month except for a tire I had where we fixed a nail puncture with a do-it-yourself plug and I had to put air in every couple weeks - I was close to getting new tires so I didn't do anything more with it.
I have to remind myself to check the tire pressure every month or two because otherwise I could go half a year without the TPMS icon lighting up. I keep my tires at 35 psi instead of the recommended 32, but that doesn't diminish loss rate.

Mine lose about 1lb/month. Seems about right from experience with other cars. Usually get the light when it gets cold unless I check them more regularly which I try to do.

What condition are the tires in? Do they have small surface cracks around the treads? My guess the tires are dry rotted? If not maybe the seals for the TPMS is where the air is leaking from. If it was one or two tires I'd suspect as another poster had stated that the bead area has corrosion. IMP, All four tires is most likely the tires or valve stem
