2014 $12k vs 2015 $5,500 more

2014
CAD 12k
23,000km

vs

2015 LX
CAD 5,500 more (but it has CVT, Heated Seats & exterior mirrors)
36,000km

1) I know nothing about cars. Could you please give me any advice? $5,500 more is worth the new engine and the rest?

2) The price is reasonable?

3) It is a Fit LX. Why with those features? Because it is a loan?

Thank you very much. Happy Friday =)).

That's a huge price difference for cars that aren't that expensive to begin with. I would drive both and see if the price difference is worth it. Heated seats and side mirrors are probably more important to you since you're in Canada.

I should also add that you can buy removable heated seat covers, that plug into the 12v outlet, for $25 or less. Not as nice as built-in heated seats, but you can't beat the price! Mine heat up instantly.
