Anybody experience carbon fouling issues?

 

What are the symptoms?

I've got about 50k and still drives the same. I remember there was a member who has a fit for a delivery service and they had 100k before he sold. He was unhappy with Honda's extended warranty

 

i think hes referring to the DI..

 

73k on 2015 lx cvt and still rolling.

 

BG producs have done extensive research into direct injection motors due to the complications involved when fuel no longer cleans the valves. They do have products to clean gdi motors effectively.

 

72k here. Just started to do a dead miss. Hasn't blown a code yet. Idling with the A/C on when the compressor kicks in, she stumbles.. No A/C and every now and then there's a stumble.

Wet outside a few days ago and she had a dead miss for a few seconds..

Time will tell!

 

73k miles on my 2015 dx 6mt. Only one stumble so far. Otherwise, pitch perfect.
