Rear Right light bulb in and out

What up people?!
For the longest time my upper, right rear tail light has not been turning on when I turn on the lights. A quick walk around and double tap and it's gtg lol. Looked into a fuse, that's not the problem. Changed bulbs, still happening
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?? Thanks in advance
BTW, this is a 2007 GD3.
