2015 Fits prepare now for larger battery

SInce my original 51R Fit battery is almost 4 years old I know it will need to be replaced. My 2015 has the so called smaller battery tray that will not take the larger 151R battery without a mod. I decided to do the battery tray mod now so it will be ready when I go to larger battery. Newer fits will take the 151R with no modifications to the tray. I took out my tray and cut off the end so the larger battery will drop in when I need it. Best to be prepared. Picture is of cut off part off my battery tray.

you have your battery model numbers backwards. the larger battery is the 51r. the smaller battery is the 151r, which is stock to the fit.

I did replace my 151r original battery with 51r couple weeks ago. I don't think is necessary cut under tray just simply remove it. Is there just to collect dust water and debris anyway We already had few "real" winter frost and I really appreciate bigger cold starting power of 51r
