Welcome to the group. Re: meets- we tired one in June but only 3 of us were able to come. Depending upon ciburri's developments with the dual rate springs, EXWRX and I will probably meet up with him on the same day to take test rides in preparation to ordering our own springs from member jbrisson.

This would be a good excuse, and Dublin a good location for either a large or small Bay Area meet (say a weekend lunch somewhere). Suggested meet day and time for such a meet depends upon future developments (ciburri's car needs some serious body shop work, springs due in 1-2 weeks).

I still suggest the park 1/2 way up Mt. Hamilton as a great spot for a meet of Fit owners, particularly those with modified cars and sport driving experience.

Driving half way up to Mt. Hamilton sounds like a good idea even though my car is entirely stock, I'm always down for a good drive, just hope someone will organize the meet. I was thinking maybe one meet before summer ends.

 

Hey all, I'm in San Ramon. It's nice seeing bay area post like this going. Maybe someday we can have a good size local group to plan meets and stuff. Anyhow, Let me know when you guys get together to test the dual rate springs. I current have progress springs and have no complaints, but if those dual rates ride better I might just have to get a set. BTW, What happened to Ciburri's Fit?

 

I just bought my VBP Fit Sport AT in Sacramento, but I live in Daly City. On the side I have hook ups for wheels and tires. I'll hook up my fellow Fit Freaks in the Bay Area. Let me know.

I just came back to fremont for spring break...any fit events going on? I didn't see anything posted up.

 

We should start up our own meet up somewhere in between all of us. I just the 09 in black with navi at hayward honda one week ago. only thing done is blacked out windows so far.
