So far the best place that i can think of that would be in the middle for everyone to meet up is in SAN LEANDRO.
30min from SAN RAMON/PLEASANTON
30min from SF
40 min from SAN JOSE
1hr from VALLEJO (hell of a lot closer for the north bay then to go to fremont)
So I got all 4 corners of the the BAY AREA covered and these times are estimated so it may take longers or shorter for others.
A spot i can think of that has a lot of space in SAN LEANDRO is WASHINGTON PARK great space for those who want to BBQ or bring your own food and have a picnic at the park. Im sure Its.Ryu would agree with me on the location. (just throwing out some ideas)
