It's even cheaper now. Discount code: "ExtremeSpeed" for $95 instead of $109.

Yeah, I signed up with "Friends" as well and paid $109. Well, I actually paid $121 because I got the lap timer as well. I knew I should have waited, haha.
Harry's Lap Timer (costs $9 one time) works really well for most of the popular tracks we all go to. It works fab for Chuckwalla, Spring Mountain, even worked well for Las Vegas Motor Speedway outside track. I expect it will be pretty good for Streets of Willow! If you're doing a HFF or other challenge, they usually require you to use a transponder. I get that too.
Super pumped to be out there with this many Fits!!!

Start out with the base one, then as you need features you can upgrade as like plug-ins. I think I had to go up one step to get it to record video, or maybe that was to put the telemetry on the video? I can't exactly remember, but I use a suction cup magnet on my winshield and stick my Samsung on the suction cup, and it records fabulous video, then you can export a lap at a time. It's pretty nifty. It gives you audio notices as you traverse different track sections (I don't really have time to look and see where I'm at each section, but I know coming down the last straight I can take a peek and know if it's going to be a record lap... The AIM Solo 2 gives probably better visual cues, and I haven't fully explored Harry's, although I did build up about 100 laps on there before it crashed and took everything with it. So, lesson there, make sure you set up the backup data option... I got a new phone and I am hoping it has transferred without me having to buy it again. We'll see...
TRACK PREP: Shimmed (toed out) my rear right wheel which was pointing just in a bit with the left pointing out due to the way the axle sits. Checked rear brakes good. Flushed brake fluid, all four wheels. Installed new set of Powerstop Track Day pads and rotors up front. Bedded them in. Installed Pedal Commander (thanks evilchargerfan!). That thing is wicked! It is commanding the throttle at 113%, and with just a little bit of foot in it... wowsers! Purchased new set of Maxxis Victra VR1 205/50/15s, installed on my Hypergrams this morning. Dropped car off at Firestone for track alignment. Can't, wait, 20 fits? It's going to be like a pissed off bee hive. I went with the advanced group (not the top dawg, just the intermediate). It says there is 1 member in my group. So... Are we all newbies, or are we all experts??? Holla!
