Why don't you join us for the track day. In order for me to get the currently we have 8 fits and 8 yaris attending. The more people who attend the better price I will be able to get for each individual going. I'm shooting for payment to speedventures within the next two weeks so, sign up now while the getting is good.

Sorry about the delay everyone,

I've been really busy between work and school, but I have thursday off, so anybody that has already given me their # should be expecting a call, to confirm that they will be attending and I should have the paypal information up by thursday as well. If any of the people participating would like to have any of their friends join in on the fun too, you are welcome to invite one or two non-Fits or non-Yaris at the most. I will have further details on Thursday.

Thanks,
Tom

Alright Guys,

Today I called and pretty much left everyone messages as most people were unavailable. If you guys got a message from me, please contact me regarding payment the paypal address is xnerdxdorkx@hotmail.com and the current price to attend is $150. If you are planning to pay by paypal there is an additional fee that the service charges, which I believe is 3%. So the total amount that should be sent to the account is $155. This is with 21 confirmed participants, but if more people attend I will be able to spread the savings to everyone and get the price down. H-Fit.com is probably going to help either sponsor the event or show support in someway so there will be other things to do besides just race at the track. Everyone is welcome to invite a friend or two.

There will also be an exclusive Fit Vs. Yaris track session on the day of the event, so spectators are welcome to bring their cameras and record the Micro battle.

If you guys have questions please call me on my cell phone at (949)939-7995. Also I would really appreciate if anyone interested in attending please get their payment in by the end of next week. I NEED to get the deposit in for the track 2 weeks from now, so please help me make this happen.

Thanks for all your support,
Tom Pham

Thanks Alec,
I'm good right now, I'll probably start planning more stuff, once most of I receive most of the payments. I'm thinking about shelling out some of my own money to make a trophy, for fastest Micro or something... haha. I have some things in mind to make this already exciting event even better, but I'll hold out on those until we get everything else together.

Updated List for Payment Received

Fits
1. H-Fit.com

Yaris
1. 03z33

If you already haven't made payment please have it sent in by the end of this week Saturday March 15th, so that I can have the payment and deposit for Aaron at Speed Ventures the following week. If I do not receive at least 75% of the necessary payments by that date I will have to cancel the event. I am currently awaiting payment from those who have confirmed with me so if you guys can either get back to me by pm if you are "really" going to attend or not that would be great.

If the plans fall through I will still go to the track on that day since option 2 will be available, which is free transponders for everyone in our group. There is no advance commitment in order to get this, we simply have to state that we are part of the Fitz Cup group, and if we have 10+ cars then we will all have receive transponders. Downside to option 2 though is that we will be placed with a specific group and might not be able to go head to head against each other. We will still be able to get lap times though so we'll be able to compare those.

Sorry if you guys feel that I am rushing the issue, but I currently have tried everything in my power to get a quick repsonse in payment to get this event to work. In the case that it does not all payments received will be returned, and hopefully the few that really intend on going will be able to make it on May 11th for a track meet.

The final day for payment again is March 15th, and the payment account is xnerdxdorkx@hotmail.com.

Thanks,
Tom

Thanks Alec,

It seems a bunch of people that said they were going are starting to flake out when it comes time to actually pay to go to the event. I'll probably contact speed ventures and setup option 2 on thursday, if we don't get some more participants soon. Paypal me, especially those that confirmed with me numerous times, I went through a tremendous amount of trouble to get all this started to have nearly every individual flake now. Anyways option 2 is open to us since I will have at least ten members so we'll get free transponders at least.

Thanks,
Tom

Tom,
I got another xA coming your way. I'm basically telling them that you will be in contact with them once they send me an email or phone number.

Oh and don't flake people!!! This could be the smallest epic battle in Willow Spring's history!

Hey Tom,

I'm in for sure, need to talk with you about payment though.

As for my friends, Andy with the civic coupe is ready to send in the payment (if we get the track to ourselves + transponder as discussed earlier.) I will see him tomorrow and talk with him about the current developments.

As for Kevin (Si), he's also in and i will also talk to him. expect payments by the end of this week from these two.

Call me when you have time so we can discuss payments.

I'll see what I can do, but I highly doubt I'll be able to pull an additional ten drivers to the track by this weekend, that will pre-pay. Huy betweenn you, your friends, and the Scion driver; we will be at 14 drivers pre-paid which is far short of what we need by this week. I'm going to try to plan a meet for all the people that confirmed through payment so that we can all meet and see what the situation is concerning the possibility of getting the track. I've had people on both ends flake, so I'm currently trying to just get a group of people together that will be consistent track goers and hopefully somewhere down the line people will catch on and join the group. Baby Steps. Gotta learn to walk before we can run, Right?

Tom
