it's ok, i grew up in San Diego - home of the carne asada fries - and haven't experienced it till my late teen years. generally, any mexican food place that ends with --bertos (ie, albertos, jillbertos, rigobertos) has carne asada fries on their menu.

french fry base, covered in carne asada, covered in mexican cheeses, covered in guacamole, covered in pico de gallo, covered in hot sauce (optional), covered in sour cream, covered in grease... the shits are totally worth it

sometimes i wish i was a chef instead of a graphic designer... but, cullinary courses are EXPENSIVE! not only are you paying for tuition, but you're also paying for all your ingredients AND you hardly get to eat what you've cooked... no wonder most chef instructors are on the heavy side

mMMmMmM... spam is my favorite processed meat. i even substitute some meats in filipino cooking with spam. i bought a crate of it from Costco once (cost me $90.00!!!) but it lasted me over a year hahahah

aww damn! i told you though, i haven't listened to these songs since 2000 - almost 9 years ago

i remember we got innervoice and drop n' harmony to perform at my high school for a Filipino culture event... i thought it was the dopest thing in the world. now, whenever i get a gig to perform at a high-school i'm kind of like "a high-school? how much are they paying? that's it? meh... maybe"

i'm a horrible person, i know... i'd rather teach a FREE dance workshop than perform in front of a bunch of kids. speaking of which, i'm going to be teaching a funk-styles workshop at glendale high-school some time before x-mas

oooh, what's showing? my favorite show on the food network is the original Iron Chef from Japan but they only show it at 3 in the morning. i freakin hate that old fat white lady that talks with the southern-twang -- normally it wouldn't bother me, but that shit sounds so fake. i have a lot friends who grew up in the south and none of them twang that bad
