wait wait wait...i thought there was no more reffering in california...my bro got a ref ticket for the same reason, he just went to court paid for it and it was over. the cop pulled him over again and he just showed him his paid court order thing(Dont know what its called) and the cop let him go.
awww I miss ya 2.

buying a house today IS a good idea IF
1. you have the credit
2. you have the money
3. you have atleast 20% to put down
4. a bank will be willing to sell you a loan.
if not, don't do it. That's how our country got in this mess in the first place. Selling short term loans to people that could only afford the payment on an AMR at the time. Once it adjusted, bam......foreclosure alley.
