In my 20's before I turned 27, I use to eat what ever I wanted and as much as I wanted and still would weigh 150-155lbs(5'7)...but some thing happen when I turn 27....I just couldn't pig out without it messing me up...

i just had a physical a little over a month ago and according to the tiny filipina lady who spoke broken english (reminded me of my aunt lol) i'm 5'9.5

i was surprised myself, at my last physical (two years prior) i was 5'8.. i thought i had grown a bit taller since i was 21

I'm 5'11... Thing is.. I've been working out a lot the past few months and have been bulking up. I need to do more cardio, rather than weight lifting.
