got back from the gym! did some cardio then leg work outs and abs and finished it off with a 2mile jog. i feel good! and super hungry...LOL!!!

you should buy the iron gym! i just got mine and it's effing awesome! you hang it in one of your door ways and you can do pull ups, chin ups, and a bunch of lat exercises.

i have mine mounted on my bathroom door, every time i pass by i do a set of 10 pull-ups and chin-ups. it's really convenient

what does a motha' cracker gotta do to get some of dem reps?
haha dude i would break that bar so quick it would be like haha but foreals though, i do some heavy lifting cause im trying to get back into my high school track&field weight.


want those reps...ask april she might give you some hack codes JK APRIL!!! <3

I have a Nordictrak Elliptical machine at my house and I can feel it taunting me when I walk by.....
