I have been super busy the last few day, I haven't had time to check out the posting!

You guys are gonna hate me. That was a free hand done in Maui at Lahaina Tattoo.
Thing was EXPENSIVE. $350.
I don't know any good artists here. I am looking for one though.
My initial plan was to go back to Maui every year and add on to the tattoo. I don't think we are going back this year though. My other plan is to have the Philippines tattoo'd on my back and the Hawaiian Islands tattoo'd over my heart. Because my roots are in the Philippines but my heart will always be in Hawaii. It's my home away from home.
LOL I was even born in Hawaiian Gardens Hospital in South Bay.

WOW! if i had to guess, i would've thought it was around that price too ($350)
i have a friend from high school that goes to a guy in Long Beach that specializes in Filipino tribal/calligraphy tatoos - but he's expensive.. IIRC, an arm band in calligraphy cost him close to $400. but he runs his business like a true pinoy - the more often you come back, the bigger your discount
i want to get the sun and stars on my left elbow. outlined sun around my elbow with filled in sun-rays, two stars on my tricept, and one star on my forearm - just as an introductory tat LoL... there was a phrase in tagalog that i can't remember, but i want that in a calligraphy band around the top of my bicept just above the two stars
