.. the first month is supposed to be easier than the 2nd month, month 2 extends the workout to an hour D:i only started working out again because the mrs. and i are taking engagement photos in august lol

p90x is a little different from insanity. insanity is cardio and plyometric max interval training, 110% effort for a 45 minute workout .. the first month is supposed to be easier than the 2nd month, month 2 extends the workout to an hour D:

I've tried both P90x and Insanity. Insanity works but you have to stick to it. It's nice too because instead of hour - hour and a half workouts like in P90x you are done in 45 minutes with Insanity.
You HAVE to do the diet though. IT'S IMPERATIVE to the plan otherwise you won't get any of the benefit.
PS. Everyone that picked up FF13 last night, I HATE YOU.

the Insanity meal plan says 5 meals a day D:... i don't even have the time to eat that much/often.
