Best Food in Southern California.
Best Food in Southern California.
Know a good place to eat? Want to know if a place is good? Recommend or ask here!
My favorite places:
Ocha Thai:
Several locations in Koreatown and Hollywood. Make sure it's Ocha and not Ocha Classic. Order the deep fried beef with pepper garlic and the seafood soup.
Tito's Tacos:
A Culver City staple. My favorite taco's in LA and probably my favorite salsa. Lines aren't as bad anymore but the food is still the same.
Ninja Sushi: (Walnut on Lemon and La Puente)
If you're in the mood for Sushi and a Laker game come here during the season. Great place to hang out and drink and catch a game. The owners are awesome and will often drink with you.
BCD:
Favorite place for Tofu Pot
There's two other places I need to remeber where they are in Walnut/Diamond Bar. They are the only two restaurants I've found so far which serve ja jang myun. That dish is sooooo hard to find!
I need a good ramen place and a good Pho place. The two Pho places around me aren't that great.

Sushi Gen in J town 2nd street ... Yelp.com it...
(old fashioned, don't expect rolls or what nots.. THE FRESHEST FISH EVER.. SASHIMI.. won't dissapoint).
Shabu Shabu... BEST SHABU EVER.. near sushi gen... Yelp it... it's in a plaza across the street from pinkberry... yelp the pinkberry in j town and go there.. cross the street directly next to it and walk straight you'll see it... ALWAYS A LINE.. ALWAYS NO FAIL....soo be ready to wait in line for an hour or 2 if u dont show up early to put ur name on the list...
BEEF IS THE GREATEST!!....best place ever... dare to contest my opinion?...
Summit House in Brea... Yelp it...
imo better than the shit Lawry's now serves...
Chosuns K BBQ... Yelp it... LA area.
best K BBQ clean and non greasy...
Ten Ten Ramen or watevers... Yelp.com it... it's in Hacienda heights (gary ave. ?)
open certain times only.. closes early 2... always packed and line... best place for ramen better than bullcrap ahjishen or watnots...
(relatively cheaper than $30-40
round $10-15 the most depends if u eat a lot like me...)
BEST PHO PLACE imo:
either Golden Deli or Pho Pastuer... ( i know my pho, trust i ate it for lunch dinner for a week straight before) im a critic.
try Pho Pasteur 1st: its on valley... in san gabriel
