I just arrived in LA for my annual vacation. I am looking for some good performance shops within driving distance from Pasedena.. I am in particular looking for some parts for my Fit.

well, is there any good shops in general? i have other stuff i need to pick up anyays, like vafc, etc

If I tell you my hot spots then there would be nothing for me. There are your usual Pitcrew on San Gabriel between valley and garvey (they alright) superVIP on Valley (to expensive) autolink Santa Anita (pricey) super autobach (oc pricey). Hope that helps
