Ready for it? The Manila Machine Filipino Food Truck!

Debuting this Thursday at the Downtown Art Walk, come this Filipino Food Truck.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. On the one had it sounds cool but then on the other, adobo off a truck?

filipino food is a simple cuisine. simple ingredients, simple techniques, simple presentation.. BUT WHY IS IT SO DAMN HARD TO FIND A GOOD FILIPINO FOOD RESTAURANT?!

without the right tita or tito or kuya or ate behind the stove they're already set up for failure. i'll hold my opinion of the "Manila Machine" till i try their food.
