When i was relocating the license plate, i took in consideration 2 things: 1 blockage of the foglight and 2 blockage of the intake duct right next the foglight. I could have moved it more over to the drivers side but i kept it there to let the air get into the intake duct and to not block the foglight. It doesn't interfere whatsoever.

my front plate was off half way home from the dealer, hehe. its not a big deal just a fix it ticket $10.

Your dealer lied! I bought mine in AZ (no front plate laws) and I have no holes.
