Diamond Honda(Gale Ave) unable to help with car?

WTF

I called over there to see if I can bring my car in(it's making a weird noise, there's a thread in the 2nd gen subforum) and they said if I bring it in today they can't look at it.

Then I asked about the weekend, they said "No, we won't look at a car that's making noise on the weekend."

WTF

This is bull.

One of the reasons why I never take my car to the dealership. There's always some sort of bullshit.

Thanks for the text Matt! I'll see what Norm Reeves says first though.

The car is under warranty with Honda still.

metal clanging sound from the undercarriage up front.

sounds like the right side

only when going less than 10mph

sounds like an empty soda can or along those lines.

could it be a rock stuck around the brake rotor and dust shield? i've had that before, and it scared the sh*t out of me when i heard it. it's happened to a few other people on these forums too.

mine just fell out on its own, others have reversed the car to make it fall out, or used their hands to pry at the brake dust shield and seen a rock fall out. watch out, don't do it when your brakes are hot.

hope that solves the problem (fingers crossed).

stupid question, but do you have wheels with lug caps? This may sound dumb, but i have heard the same thing on my car and found it was either loose lugnuts or a lug nut rolling around in the cap.

Thats good, sorry I misunderstood. Honda dealers wont ever look that good and most warranty work is considered a wear item and you have to complain to Honda corp. before any work is done.

That is just complete B.S. for a dealership. I know at my dealer if anybody in service treated a customer like that, there would be a very nice little meeting with them
