Problem with dampners

Not gonna name who it was but during removal of x bars, my t1r left side dampner can no longer here a clicking sound when being adjusted either from soft to stiff vice versa. When turning the knob, me and konespeed noticed that it turned up and down kinda like a motion of a roller coaster and no clicking sound when turned. Anyone know how to fix this or is this even fixable?

This doesn't sound good at all. Almost sound ruined. Does t1r have a service station?

Sounds like the knob may be broken. I had something similar happen to my T1R's during installation. It snapped inside and I could actually pull the knob right out. I had to buy a replacement single shock from AJ-Racing.
