I have not been to a Fit meet in so many years. I would love to show up, sounds like fun.

 

Bad news everyone, our Cerritos Meet spot has been shutdown by the Cerritos Sherrif.

This past Saturday during our Z meet which is held at the same location a deputy threatened to ticket us if we stayed in the parking lot and had more than 10 cars show up. I tried to argue with him that have been meeting there for almost 8 years without issue and we have permission by the Towne Center to meet there but he said since there has been issues with meets in the city of Cerritos they are no longer allowing anyone to meet there period.

From this Saturday's meet going forward we will be tentatively meeting at the Pacific Square Shopping Center in Gardena where there is both a Tea Station and an OKO Cafe (boba places) and it is also just down the street from the L&L Hawaiian BBQ in Gardena where we are meeting this Saturday

No worries Rocco, our Cerritos spot has been shutdown so we will be meeting at the Boba place in Gardena going forward. This allows us to go to L&L anytime we want

Eat, get Boba and relax. You will be fine lol

You're welcome to hang with us, we are a very welcoming group

 

Ahhh what?! How can they give us tickets? We are paying customers supporting the establishments. We are not loitering or causing a disturbance. Honestly what ticket can they write? Were not doing anything illegal. I wouldn't give into their BS!

Hey for an upcoming meet can we do burgers? I mean I love rice and chicken as much as the next guy...but a cow and some fries does sounds good too lol

 

Reminder! Our monthly Fits & Friends meet has been temporarily relocated to Pacific Square shopping center in Gardena from our normal Cerritos location.

Next meet is Saturday, June 11th from 8pm to midnightish

I'm planning to come visit from canada on aug 5 or 6 whichever works best for you guys.

I know your monthly meet is usually the second Saturday, so wondering hopefully it's not too big of an issue to do it on a different day? Long drive for me so unfortunately this is the only opportunity I have to make it down.

Cool! Do you know if it is it the same location as last month?

 

Looking at stopping by if this meet is still happening. I'd be coming from the Six Flags Magic Mountain area so would be nice to know if this is still happening. I have plans in Torrance so thought I would make a day of it and have dinner somewhere and then head out to the meet before heading home.
