I think I can make it to that meet. I live about 5 minutes from the Glen so it's perfect. Only thing is, it's also my girlfriend's birthday the day before so I have to clear it with her first since she expects it to be HER weekend...pfffffft

My fit is BONE STOCK at the moment though so...don't expect much hehe. I don't plan on doing any real work to it until after the winter. Last thing I want right now is to get frostbite from our lovely Chicagoland winters haha

I don't think anyone needs to be worried about bone stock cars. I've never been to a meet yet, but some how I get the feeling the level of mods isn't the point. The point is we all have something in common, the cars.

Look at it this way, each of us has taken our cars in different directions. Seeing our cars can help you find your own direction before you even spend (waste) any money! Make it to the meet, see what everyone has to offer in the way of idea's, then use the winter to think about it.

Yeah the meet is just to meet up check out what people got asks questions if you got them see how things look in person and meet some people you can relate to about your car.

Last time we had a couple bone stock fits at the meet at the glen.

Yeah anyone from WI we can cruise together. Fork_Spoon another guy from MIL might be interested he just pmed me asking how long it would take to get there. I know there were two guys from kenosha besides me and inflames that posted up interest in the meet in kenosha I pmed them and waiting for response. Pip_Rocks is from IL but I think she is pretty close she used to work in Kenosha she doens't know yet if she can make it but she might be another person to cruise to the meet together with.

We could all meet up at like the brat stop or out at woodmans or something like that... Talk more about it when we find out more peeps from WI are coming and when it gets closer to the date.

seems like there's gonna be a good turnout. i've only been to one other meet, and there were four of us. Mike was there. anyway, it's too bad smeister is in florida. a couple of parts of my car are thanks to him.

anyway, looking forward to it.

 

Yeah looks like it should be a great turnout last time I think we only had 4-5 people say they were coming and a total of 9 ended up showing up.

HIN is weak! the ones out on the westcoast are better imo. But i did meet Francine Dee and Natasha Yi once. That chic got the nicest curves ever. i might come to this meet.
