ok, so we havent had a meet in a couple months so i was thinking of having one somewhere on either the 16th, 17th, 22nd or 23rd of august...that leaves a couple weeks to request off work, getting our cars prepped..etc.........i would like to know what everyone thinks......i wouldnt mind goin back to The Glen! im sure smeister wouldnt mind since he's a couple minutes away from there......or we could meet up in the city (downdown chicago) and cruise to Strats from there! let me know either on here or AIM...stormgd3 is my sn... hope to hear from a bunch of you!!!!!

I definitely can't do the 16th 17th my sister is getting married that weekend so I will be busy busy.


I have off the weekend of the 22nd 23rd so that will work for me.

 

I've been looking forward to a meet since the last one at The Glenn, it's like two minutes from house and there were plenty of cool people to talk with. Unfortunately in April I made the dumb decision to drive drunk and was arrested for it (In my drive way nonetheless). So ultimately I wont be able to drive until Sept. 1. If this goes down though, Fitcapo, definately bring your camera I'd love to see some updated pics of everyones rides. I have done plenty to my car since The Glenn meet, so i'm looking forward to getting my lisence back. Hope you get a big turn-out.

P.S.~ I have the A-Spec test pipe (Cat-Delete) for sale. It was on the car for maybe 1-month. So if anyones interested shoot me a P.M.

 

I will definetly bring my camera. The glen sounds good to me it wasn't that far and was pretty easy to find.

I wanted the a spec cat delete but I decided it would be too much of a hassle to take it on and off once a year just to pass emissions.

 

Yeah it was taking the stock exhaust off, but once I had the b-pipe out and the new one in along with the test pipe, it is a sinch to swap them. I think it took me 30min 45 tops to swap the stock cat back in. But I agree it's a pain just for emissions.

hey i will be able to make it on saturday only...so if we can make it on saturday........ i always work on sunday i cant take sunday off.

 

I am ok with sat the 23rd at the Glen. Any time doesn't matter to me.

The last meet at the glen we had 9 people i think total. That meet we just hung out and took some pics. From the sounds of it this time Mike wants to go cruise around after we meet up and take some pics.

Might have the same amount this time or a little more. There are a couple newer guys that have showed intrest in meets in between. Who ever really knows tho because I tryed to have a meet in July in WI and there were about 5 people that said they were coming and no one showed up.

Just keep on checking in here and when we finally decide when this is going down just get someones number so when it comes time to go you can get a better idea of what is actually going down.

We could always meet up earlier in the day then roll out to HIN later in the day if you guys want doesn't matter to me.
