Cool, my ex took the 07 Fit and I just got a Sonic LTZ Turbo HB...much happier. Honda is stupid for not offering a turbo option for those of us at altitude...under powered wheeze box compared. Hope you didn't spend too much, and please go test drive a Sonic Turbo. (waits to be banned from this forum, I do have a 07-08 rear sway bar new in the box however if you need).

Love it..she is a pig...but she still out runs the Fits up here...and oh gee, I have heated seats, actual carpet (instead of felt glued to the floorboards) and actual sound deadening

Lol. It is a nice economy car, but at the end of the day, it is just that. No better, no worse than the Fit. Just different!

Agreed - I loved my first gen Fit...made me have serious nostalgia for my first car, a 1978 Rabbit 4 door (1.5 liter gas, 4 speed). Handled good, was ok for power and was super configurable. But after 2 years owning it I was dying for the Kraftwerks super kit...living at altitude has its disadvantages.

I still am impressed that GM managed to pull a home run of a small car...look who is 2nd to the Fit in damn near every test...these reviewers are evaluating them at sea lvl...now look how pathetic the 1.8 N/A auto Sonic is up here (and how much shit they give GM for sending them that car to evaluate up here...priceless).

So now you get why a small, hatch with a turbo makes such an impression to those of us that don't live at sea lvl.

I get what you're saying. It absolutely makes sense. Actually never even thought about it until I saw your post. Very informative!
