yea, i think you would run into a problem with room in the engine bay if you wanted to do a tc/sc setup. unless someone figured out how to mate a roots type supercharger to the engine. that would free up tons of room. what to do is to have a supercharger that boosts in the top end and have an oversized turbo. the supercharger would help spool up the turbo then take off.

it would probably me more effective just to run a twin sequential turbo setup.

a supercharger would max out psi when spooling up a larger turbo so you couldnt get the big boost you wanted.

the fit can only handle 15psi max on stock internals anyway.

are you sure about that? after seeing the 700whp s2000 on stock internals, i think that l15 can hold up to 20psi.?

yes im positive. skunk2 ran the fit motor all the way up to 21psi and the motor blew up. they were running 15psi as a safe setting for track runs. the fit internals cannot handle that pressure like the other honda motors.

psi doesn't mean anything by itself. a gt42r at 15 psi is a big difference compared to a t25 at 15 psi.

the more psi u put in, the less the age of the engine .... 15 psi last for 1 year of running every day may be LOL!... while 5 psi will last u for quiet sometimes...

VW was playing with the idea a couple years ago. They put a small roots blower on it with an electric clutch that only engaged at initial WOT, and once the exhaust had spooled the relatively large turbo the airflow would override the SC's boost with a one-way valve, computer would shut down the roots clutch, and boost came solely from the turbo.

Top end power, no boost lag. Lots of parts.
