While cute, nuts to the coin holder (Chicago Skyway would empty it out fast). Howzbout the EU spec headlight leveling switch instead? Fills a hole and cures a FIT problem with one move.

Of course, you would have to install the levelling mechanisims in the NA lights, which may be difficult at best.

What if stock emblem is loose on one side?

My rear emblem is loose on one side. Do you think it's one of the pins have broken off? It's odd that's it's even happening after two months. Haven't been in any car washes.

Silly, I checked the pins and they appear to be intact from that perspective but the darn thing move up and down on the left part of it. The emblem has movement so perhaps one has broken from the emblem but stuck in place?
I hate having to do a warranty trip for this because they managed to scratch my plastic on my rear arm rest repairing a interior window trim. I'm not sure they've come up to speed on disassembly yet.

I just replace my stock emblem myself because one of the pins broke. The damn emblem is $22. You remove the inner panel, remove the winshield wiper, remove the wiper motor that has 3 bolts (10mm?), disconnect wiper power. Careful removing the outside panel because there is 1 bolt that needs to be removed that holds the panel on before you pull on it to release clips. Then you reassemble. Only thing I sould've done was mark the existing location of wiper. So I had to guess. You need more detail let me know. I've taken it apart a number of times. One time it was because my son pushed the cover to the tailgate release into the panel.

DIY- Rear H emblem

1) Purchased a piece of Red Honda emblem
2) Have the following tools ready:
- 1 flat tip screw driver
- 1 plier
- 1 set of DIY tools to remove bolts and nuts
3) Remove the plastic cap on the rear wiper and unscrew the bolt on the arm of rear wiper. Removed the rear wiper completely.
4) Remove the inner board of your rear hatch, there are 2 push down plastic clips on the edge of the board. Remove these and you also need to remove the plastic holder before the entire inner board can be taken out.
5) Take out the rear wiper motor by removing the 3 screws attached to it.
6) Removed 1 screw towards the left side of the rear tailgate.
7) Pushed the plastic clips (2 blacks and 2 whites) found on the inside of the rear tailgate.
8) Use a little force to take out the exterior tailgate piece where the original H emblem is attached to it.
9) Use the piler to remove the 2 pins at the back of the original H emblem and use the flat tip screw driver to slowly remove the silver colour H emblem. Remember to use a cloth to cover the flat tip to prevent damaging the body of car.
10) After removing the emblem, clean the area with water and make sure there is no dirt.
11) Stick the red H emblem onto it and make sure its fully stick on.
12) Put back everything and done!!!

UMMM...Very easy way to remove rear emblem is to take a long handle screwdriver. Open rear hatch look at panel between rear hatch handle and "H" emblem. Youll see the 2 pins that hold the emblem in place. Slip screw driver in so that the tip touches pin and smack handle of screw driver. This will cause pin to fall off. Repeat at other side pin and emblem will now come off. All without removing any panels...Very easy to do and only takes 2-3 minutes...
