I ordered one of these, they are pretty cheap looking and not JDM. The dot on the emblem is just pathetic!! Just my take on these emblems. Anyone know where to get true JDM fit emblems?

they have the red dot in Japan I used to sell them here and they are genuine from Honda but I cant get them anymore

I got Honda original emblem, and it didn't had that pink tape on it as the first one you posted has. It came in a bubble wrap with the emblem inside and a clear protective plastic on top of it to protect the letters from scratches. By the way, even with a lot of lighting onto the dot, it never looks pink like that.

I've seen the Fit emblem on the right side of hatch. Is that how it is on JDM fits?

 

The emblem is usually on the same side as the driver, so in Japan it would be on the right side. The red dot is JDM but for the 1.3idsi motor, the blue dot is on the 1.5vtec on both usdm and jdm as well as most other countries.

 

Red dot = non vtec motor
Blue dot = vtec motor

So both are JDM

 

Hey Guys,
Just bought a pair of Type-R emblems for the front and rear of my fit. Has anyone put these in by themselvs? If so, do you have any instructions or pictures that might help me out? Thanks!

 

All you do is tear the old emblems off (Or you can take the clips out if you dont want to break them), snap one of the pegs off the new emblem, put double sided tape on the back of it, and put it in the hole.

 

should come with double sided tape anyways. but yea wat he said. the only thing you're gonna have trouble with is ripping the stock emblems off. damn pain in the butt clips on the back of them

 

red dot = iDSI
blue dot = Vtec

valid for both Fit and Jazz in Asia

 

For people who have the Front and Rear Red Honda Badge- Which Badges from wat car r u using? ive went to some shops around and i didnt know wat size to get. Help!

Hey everyone...anyone know where the best deal to get 2 red honda badges from. We just got our fit and i want to do a few little touches to it. Rear light and springs are on their way!! By the way..do they have any other colors of the fit badges around?

 

the badges are specially made for the fit or jazz. You can find them on ebay or aftermarket stores online.
