Back windows ?

I just bought a 2nd Gen (09), and love the car. After checking out everything, and learning all I can, the only thing I can't get to operate are the two back windows. The fronts go up and down just fine, but the backs won't work. The manual is no help at all. Any help? Thanks.

Have you checked the fuses for the rear windows?

Funny you should ask. I did find that the rear windows fuse locations are #18 & #19 using a 20A, however how do I get to the box. If it's the one under the dash on the drivers side, I took off the panel and, well, you have to be some sort of magician to get under there. I guess it's going to be a dealer fix $$$.

It is next to your left foot. You will have to twist your body to look underneath, but it should be a quick and simple check to know if the fuses are the culprits.

Just ran into this issue on our 2011 tonight, realized that the driver's side rear window isn't functioning. Didn't have time to dig into it, will check fuse first, if fuse is out will replace and if it pops, then the motor is likely faulty.

The two stacked yellow 20A fuses in the bottom left, 2nd column from the left (which is actually the upper right, as we're looking at it upside down here) are the power windows. This is from my 2011 6MT, other years or automatics might be different, but you'll find the drawing on the kick panel on the left of the footwell. You can use a cell phone to get photos of it, and in "selfie" mode to take a photo of the fuse box, which is what I did here to see everything. The fuse box is not exactly conveniently placed.
